How long does it take to get an appointment?Īfter you have made the initial call to our referral line, we aim to offer everyone an initial assessment (often in the form of a telephone assessment) as soon as possible and this usually happens within one to two weeks.Īny contact with the service following this will be influenced by the outcome of the assessment call. You will speak to an IAPT administrator at our telephone and referral centre (TaRC) who will register your details on our system and begin the process of arranging an assessment appointment.
